NB: When making an appeal to The Forestry Appeals Committee (FAC) there are three requirements:

1) All grounds of appeal must be submitted – this can be done by email to the FAC.

2) A Notice of Appeal Form must be submitted – use the latest form from the FAC website – this can be done by email to the FAC – use a scan of your signature.

3) The appeal fee of 200 euro must be paid – this can now be done by EFT / Bank Transfer (DAFM Account details are available on Save Leitrim website). Confirm the transfer to the FAC.

Provided that these three elements are met within the appeal window the appeal is valid. They can be done separately and in any order.
